4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Client Cancellation: You may cancel a consultation with at least 48 hours’ notice. No refunds are issued for cancellations post-commencement of a program.
- Dr. Diet Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff availability, emergencies). You will be notified promptly and offered a rescheduled slot or alternative arrangement.
